ALTERNATIVE TO WHITE SUGAR
Coconut palm sugar or coconut sugar is completely natural and unrefined. It is extracted from flowers grown on the coconut palms’ tops. The flowers are then opened, and the liquid nectar is revealed. This nectar is then dried in the air to crystallise into naturally brown sugar.
Coconut sugar has a delicate caramel taste, making it an excellent alternative to regular sugar.
